Linda Flater - Owner and Manager of Turning Point Stable
Linda was always an avid horse lover. She grew up and worked around horses her whole
life and always tells her students "she learned about horses the hard way". People have
admired her for her knack with children and adults alike. Linda's goal in running this
stable is to spread knowledge about these beautiful creatures, while still having fun.
She feels that it is important to start educating children about the responsibilities of
having a horse early so by the time they can have horses themselves they will be more
aware of everything that goes along with having one. She takes pride in that all of her
methods are from natural horsemanship programs, being that some of our horses have
come from broken homes. She takes pride in her staff. All are Red Cross first aid and CPR certified, and all have over four years of training for this job.
